By reaching out for a commission, you automatically agree to all terms listed below. Please read carefully before placing an order ♡

GENERAL RULES

ㅤㅤ✦ Final file delivered via Google Drive in PNG format (JPG on request). Available for 14 days, then deleted.
ㅤㅤ✦ I reserve the right to post finished works in my portfolio and social media. If two versions exist (NSFW + SFW) – you may request one not be posted.
ㅤㅤ✦ Fully private work: +20-50% of commission price.
ㅤㅤ✦ Default – PERSONAL USE only (avatar, reference, gift, etc.).
ㅤㅤ✦ Commercial use (merch, print runs, ads): +80-150% of base price, discussed individually.
ㅤㅤ✦ Extremely high detail (lots of small elements) may incur an additional charge.
ㅤㅤ✦ 🚫 PROHIBITED: removing my signature/AI training/NFT/commercial use without written permission.

HOW TO ORDER

ㅤㅤ1. Message me with your commission details
ㅤㅤ2. We finalize the brief: character, pose, background, mood, etc.
ㅤㅤ3. I confirm your queue spot → send payment details
ㅤㅤ4. Pay IMMEDIATELY after brief approval = your spot is reserved
ㅤㅤ✦ No queue spot is held without 100% upfront payment.Queue tracker: Trello

PAYMENT

Payment methods:
ㅤㅤ✦ Visa (Monobank) – USD or UAH
ㅤㅤ✦ PayPal – Friends & Family (F&F) only, USDImportant:
ㅤㅤ✦ 100% upfront payment required after the brief and queue spot are confirmed
ㅤㅤ✦ Transaction fees are NOT reimbursed
ㅤㅤ✦ Priority slot (move to front of queue or shorten deadline): +100-150% of base price

DEADLINES

ㅤㅤ✦ 3 days to 1 month depending on complexity and detail
ㅤㅤ✦ Exact deadline is discussed individually
ㅤㅤ✦ Rush/priority deadline available for an extra fee

REVISIONS

Sketch / Flat color:
ㅤㅤ✦ Initial rough sketch: unlimited free revisions
ㅤㅤ✦ Final sketch (with shadows) or flat: 5 free revisions, then $1-3 each depending on complexityFull render (B&W or color):
ㅤㅤ✦ Rough sketch stage: unlimited free revisions
ㅤㅤ✦ Final sketch stage: 5 free, then $1-3 each
ㅤㅤ✦ Coloring/render stage: 3 free, then $5-10 eachChanging the brief mid-process = extra revision fee or repricing.

REFUNDS

ㅤㅤ✦ Work not started → full refund (minus bank fees)
ㅤㅤ✦ Work in progress → up to 70% depending on stage and type
ㅤㅤ✦ Rude or aggressive behavior → cancellation WITHOUT refund

COMMUNICATION & RESPONSIBILITY

If a client is unresponsive when their turn arrives:
ㅤㅤ✦ 3 days no reply → queue shifts down 1 spot (funds retained)
ㅤㅤ✦ Unresponsive again for 2 days → shifts once more
ㅤㅤ✦ Unresponsive a 3rd time → order cancelled WITHOUT refundIf a client returns after cancellation – the decision on further collaboration is mine.❗ Aggression/disrespect/harassment = immediate cancellation WITHOUT refund.
